海尔电器集团有限公司(股份代号:01169.HK)(「本公司」)为海尔集团旗下一家在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市之附属公司。本公司及其附属公司(「本集团」)主要业务包括:从事海尔集团下属品牌(包括「海尔」、「卡萨帝」和「统帅」)之洗衣机和热水器产品的研发、制造和销售;于中国大陆分销海尔集团的电器产品;于中国大陆发展以日日顺为品牌的大件物流服务业务,涵盖家电、家居、健康器材等品类。
海尔集团于一九八四年创办,其总部位于中国山东省青岛市,现时为全球领先白色家电制造商之一,于中国从事研究、开发、生产及销售各类家用电器(包括白色家电)及电子消费品。海尔集团旗下产品目前营销全球逾100个国家。据市场研究机构Euromonitor 2017年的数据,海尔集团第八次蝉联大型家用电器全球零售冠军。
本集团之控股股东为青岛海尔有限公司(股份代号:600690.SH)。
