The proposed trial would investigate the potential of oral (Z)-endoxifen, a potent Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) for estrogen receptor inhibition, to significantly reduce interval breast cancer in women identified as high-risk through advanced mammographic screening techniques.
