Marvell Technology, Nvidia, Tesla, Apple And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Tuesday

U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones index surging over 1,300 points on Tuesday.

Shares of Marvell Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:MRVL) rose sharply during Tuesday's session after Infineon Technologies agreed to acquire its Automotive Ethernet Business for $2.5 billion in cash.

The transaction includes Marvell’s Brightlane Automotive Ethernet portfolio and related assets. The company projected this segment to generate $225 million to $250 million in revenue in 2025, with a gross margin of around 60%.

Marvell Technology shares jumped 10.1% to $56.16 on Tuesday.

  • agilon health, inc. (NYSE:AGL) shares jumped 31.8% to $5.60.
  • NextDecade Corporation (NASDAQ:NEXT) gained 23.3% to $7.38 after the company announced a 20-year LNG sale and purchase agreement to supply 1.2 million tonnes per year to a subsidiary of Saudi Aramco.
  • Venture Global, Inc. (NYSE:VG) gained 21.4% to $8.50.
  • CorMedix Inc. (NASDAQ:CRMD) shares rose 21.1% to $7.36 after the company issued first-quarter preliminary revenue guidance above estimates.
  • Pacira BioSciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:PCRX) gained 16.1% to $26.60 after HC Wainwright & Co. raised its price target on the stock from $48 to $65 and maintained a Buy rating.
  • Alignment Healthcare, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALHC) jumped 14.9% to $20.48.
  • Uxin Limited (NASDAQ:UXIN) gained 14.7% to $3.9098.
  • Carvana Co. (NYSE:CVNA) climbed 14.6% to $192.29.
  • Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. (NASDAQ:AAOI) rose 14% to $12.81.
  • ECARX Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:ECX) gained 14% to $1.14 after the company announced it increased its share repurchase program by $20 million to $40 million.
  • Humana Inc. (NYSE:HUM) rose 12.3% to $286.14 following a WSJ report indicating the Trump administration will increase Medicare Advantage rates.
  • Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:RYTM) gained 12.4% to $61.76. Canaccord Genuity analyst Whitney Ijem maintained Rhythm Pharmaceuticals with a Buy and raised the price target from $81 to $92.
  • Grab Holdings Limited (NASDAQ:GRAB) rose 12.4% to $3.9150.
  • Sandisk Corporation (NASDAQ:SNDK) gained 12.4% to $35.40.
  • Western Digital Corporation (NASDAQ:WDC) rose 10% to $34.26.
  • AppLovin Corporation (NASDAQ:APP) gained 10% to $255.36.
  • CVS Health Corporation (NYSE:CVS) rose 8.5% to $69.29 after the company announced changes to management and Medicare increased advantage payment rates.
  • NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) gained 7.9% to $105.39.
  • Shopify Inc. (NYSE:SHOP) rose 7.8% to $85.05.
  • Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA) gained 6.3% to $248.09.
  • Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) rose 4.2% to $189.13. U.S. consumers are reportedly rushing to Apple stores to purchase new iPhones ahead of potential price hikes caused by President Donald Trump’s newly announced tariffs on Chinese imports.
