Shares of The AZEK Company Inc. (NYSE:AZEK) rose sharply in today's pre-market trading after James Hardie Industries plc (NYSE:JHX) announced plans to acquire the company for $8.75 billion.

The AZEK Company shares jumped 18.2% to $48.94 in the pre-market trading session.

  • Singularity Future Technology Ltd. (NASDAQ:SGLY) declined 22.4% to $1.30 in pre-market trading after jumping 143% on Friday.
