When do I need to provide the consent letter According to section 12.2 of The Code of Conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the Securities and Futures Commission, a licensed person or employee of a licensed company must provide Consent Letter before opening an account.
How to obtain the consent letter The consent letter is normally prepared and issued by the Employer or the Administration or Compliance Department. For details, please contact your company. Consent letter form must include the following details 1. Your personal information (name, ID number) 2. Information about your company (company name, etc.) 3. Your company's decision on opening/holding an account with Webull Securities Limited (e.g. whether the company allows you to open an account, type of account (cash or margin), any special requirements, etc.) 4.
