easy-to-borrow (ETB) means that the availability of short shares are sufficiency .
 
locate-to-borrow (LTB) means that the availability of short shares may become smaller. 

hard-to-borrow (HTB) means that the supply is limited for short selling.Each stock's hard-to-borrow fee rate varies depending on the volatility and scarcity of the stock. Note that a fee rate change can significantly impact the profit or loss of any short sell.
