General questions about Webull securities account

1. How Long Will My Account Opening Application Get Approved?

Account approvals usually take 1 to 3 business days. However, if your application needs additional verifications, it may take more than 3 business days to complete. We will notify you by email and internal message on Webull app when the review is finished.

2. How to modify/update the personal information of Webull Securities account?

If your identity information needs to be modified, please go to the Menu>>> Setting>>> Manage Brokerage Account>>> Modify Account Profile to modify the relevant personal information.

3. Is it possible to open multiple Webull securities trading accounts?

Currently, we support each client to open only one Webull HK brokerage account with the same ID card. China Connect (A shares) trading and US stock trading can be selected in the same trading account.

4. Requirement when uploading ID picture

When you upload a photo of your ID card, please make sure that the content of your ID card is clearly visible when you take the photo and is the same as the name you filled in when you opened your account.

5. What is residential address proof?

Valid residential address proof is document, bill or correspondence issued within the last 3 months from the application date by any of the government department or agency. Such as (one of them):

1. Real estate certificate.

2. Residence permit.

3. Financial institution bills: banks/brokers/insurance/credit cards, etc.

4. Public institution bills: water/electricity/gas/management fees, etc.

*If your current residence is the same as the address on the ID card, it can be used as proof of address. The document should include the name and address of the applicant, the name of issuing organization and the issue date.

6. How to delete my account?

If you want to delete Webull brokerage account, please go to Settings>>>Account& Security>>>Delete Account. Please follow the instructions prior to delete your account.
